Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made-to-order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I will replace it.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes:

U.S. orders: 3–8 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days

You’ll receive tracking information by email.

Where are your products made?

My designs are created in North Carolina.
All products are printed and shipped by trusted partners (Printful + Printify) so everything is produced on demand with consistent quality.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because items are printed specifically for your order, I cannot offer size exchanges.
Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

My order hasn’t arrived - what do I do?

If your tracking hasn’t updated or the package seems lost, reach out, and I’ll help resolve it.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, I can remake or refund it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin production quickly, so cancellations or edits are not always possible.
Contact me ASAP, and I’ll try, but once printing begins it can’t be changed.

What’s the best way to care for my apparel?

To keep prints crisp:

Wash inside-out

Cold water

Hang dry or low heat

Do not iron directly on the print
